During our Easter weekend stay at Tru By Hilton in Beckley, WV, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and the reception provided wonderful local tips. the hotel's modern rooms with flat-screen TVs and air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay. the location off the interstate was convenient, surrounded by various dining options and activities to explore. The buffet breakfast options were satisfying, and we appreciated the free WiFi throughout the property. Our quadruple room featured a kitchenette, tea/coffee maker, and microwave, perfect for our group's needs. the private bathroom with free toiletries was a nice touch. However, we did experience some noise from the highway and neighboring guests, which slightly disrupted our sleep. the room cleanliness could have been better, and the towel replacement policy every four days was inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, the friendly staff was responsive to our requests. Overall, Tru By Hilton in Beckley, WV, offers a comfortable and clean stay with convenient amenities. the hanging chairs in the lobby added a unique touch, and the fitness center was a bonus. If in the area again, we would consider staying here for its value and pleasant atmosphere.
